What your dancer learns

More than steps.

Gymnastics and tumbling build strength, flexibility and body control. Over a season, dancers build:

  • Strength and flexibility

Core, shoulder and leg strength with gradual, safe flexibility work, never forced.

  • Rolls and inversions

Forward and backward rolls, handstands and headstands, taught in careful progressions.

  • Cartwheels and walkovers

Cartwheels, round-offs, bridges and walkovers, each unlocked once the step before is safe.

  • Dance transitions

Linking tricks into dance, so skills look smooth on stage.

By age

Gymnastics & Tumbling that grows with them.
