Themed week-long camps and day programs at our Pico-Robertson studio, running all year — summer, spring break, winter break, and school holidays in between. Dancers explore hip hop, ballet, tap and more while learning choreography, expressing creativity, and building friendships.
Camps open now.
Every week has its own theme and age range. Themes set the music and crafts; the dance styles taught are the same core mix all year. Camps are added throughout the year, so check back for new offerings.
Whenever school lets out, we're open.
Camps run year-round on the same rhythm — training, crafts, games, and a show & tell on the last day. Only the season and the theme change.
Summer Camps
Our biggest season. A new theme every week all summer, so dancers can join for one week or come back for several.
Spring Break Camps
One high-energy week timed to LA school breaks, built around a featured style and a routine they finish by Friday.
Winter Break Camps
Holiday-week camps that keep dancers moving between semesters, with festive crafts and choreography.
School's Out Days
Single-day camps for teacher in-service days, long weekends, and mid-year breaks. Book just the day you need.
Take the week, or take the day.
Same instructors, same daily structure — the difference is how much time you have.
Week-long camps
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with choreography that builds day by day.
- A themed week — princesses, superheroes, a favorite movie
- Five days of training in one or two featured styles
- A finished routine performed at show & tell on the last day
- A craft project that goes home with them
Day programs
A single day of camp for school holidays, in-service days, and breaks that don't line up with a full week.
- Book one day or several — no full-week commitment
- A complete mini-routine learned in one session
- Crafts, games, and a supervised lunch break built in
- An easy first look at the studio for new dancers
Paced for kids, not for clock-watching.
Dancers never sit still for long. Every day alternates studio time with crafts, games, and breaks so energy stays high from drop-off to pick-up.
Dance training
Technique warm-ups and real choreography in the week's featured style.
Arts & crafts
A themed project each day that ties back to what they're dancing.
Group games
Freeze dance, relays, and movement games that keep the room laughing.
Team building
Partner work and circle time that turn a room of strangers into a crew.
Drop-off & sign-in. Greeted at the front entrance or back door on W Pico.
Warm-up & free dance. Music on, names learned, energy up.
Technique & choreography. Foundations, then the week's featured style.
Snack & group games. Fresh fruit and veggies provided, then movement games.
Arts & crafts. The day's themed project.
Lunch. Thirty supervised minutes — packed from home.
Second dance block. A new style, or clean-up on the routine.
Team building & showcase circle. Everyone performs for each other.
Pick-up. Signed out to an authorized adult with photo ID.
Six styles, one week at a time.
Each week's theme — a movie, a story, a music moment — sets the playlist, the crafts, and the costumes. These are the styles actually taught underneath it, in a rotating mix so dancers try something new without leaving their favorite behind. No experience required for any of them.
Hip Hop
Grooves, isolations, and freestyle — the style that gets the quietest kid in the room moving.
Ballet
Barre basics, posture, and vocabulary that make every other style easier to learn.
Tap
Rhythm you can hear. Shuffles, flaps, and time steps that turn footwork into percussion.
Jazz
Big, bright, performance-ready technique — turns, leaps, and plenty of personality.
Contemporary
Storytelling through movement, with floor work and room to interpret the music their own way.
Acro
Rolls, bridges, and balances taught progressively on mats with spotting from our instructors.
Good to know.

Camp FAQs.
When do Danzone camps run?
All year. Summer is our largest season with weekly camps from June through August, and we also run spring break camps, winter and holiday break camps, and single-day camps on school holidays throughout the school year. Current dates are always listed at the top of this page.
What if my child has no dance experience?
No experience needed. Camps are designed for all skill levels — we start with fundamentals and instructors tailor activities to each child's comfort level. Many campers are trying dance for the first time, and the room is built so everyone can succeed at their own pace.
How old does my child need to be?
Most camps run for ages 4 to 10, and each week lists its own age range — some are 4–7, others 5–10. Dancers are grouped by age so choreography and games land at the right level. Not sure where your dancer fits? Email us and we'll place them.
What are the camp hours?
Camps run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with drop-off starting at 8:50 AM.
What should my child wear to camp?
Comfortable athletic or dance clothing that allows easy movement — leggings, shorts, t-shirts, or dancewear all work. Hair should be pulled back securely and out of the face. Ballet shoes are ideal for footwear, but clean indoor sneakers are perfectly fine. Please skip jeans, dresses, and anything with buttons, zippers, or accessories that could restrict movement or catch during class.
Is lunch provided, or should I pack one?
Please pack a lunch. Campers get a 30-minute supervised lunch break, and we provide a healthy snack each day including fresh fruits and vegetables.
What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures?
Drop-off is 8:50–9:00 AM at the studio's front entrance or back door (9116 W Pico Blvd), where a staff member greets your child and signs them in.
Pick-up is 2:00 PM at the same location. Please arrive on time — staff transition to afternoon classes right after. If you'll be late, call (818) 579-2045 so we can keep your child supervised.
For safety, only authorized adults listed on the registration form may pick up campers, and photo ID is required.
Can parents stay and watch?
Parents are welcome at drop-off and pick-up, and there's a brief show & tell on the last day where campers demonstrate what they've learned. During camp hours we find kids are more focused and confident when parents aren't in the room, but the lobby has comfortable seating if you'd like to stay nearby.
What is your student-to-instructor ratio?
A maximum of 6 students per instructor, with a camp cap of 15 dancers and 3 instructors present. That keeps attention personal, activities safe, and the day adaptable to each child.
The camp I want is full. What now?
Join the wait list on that camp — spots open regularly as plans change, and we work down the list in order. It also helps us decide whether to add a session, so adding your name is worth it even for a popular week.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes. When registering multiple siblings for the same camp, the second child receives 10% off and any additional siblings receive 15% off. Email hello@danzonestudios.com with your registration details to apply the discount.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Full refund for cancellations 14 or more days before the camp start date.
50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before camp.
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before camp.
If your child becomes ill during camp, we'll work with you on a credit toward future classes or camps. We aim to be fair and flexible while managing small class sizes.
Where is the studio?
Danzone Studios is at 9116 W Pico Blvd in Los Angeles, in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood — minutes from Beverly Hills, Century City, and West LA.
Save their spot.
Camps cap at 15 dancers, so weeks fill early — especially in summer. Pick a week, pick a day, and we'll take it from there.
